Job Title: Social Media & Community Management Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Internship (3 Months), aiming to convert into a permanent role

We’re looking for a digital-savvy, people-first Community & Social Media Manager to grow and engage our audience across platforms. This person will help manage our online presence, spark conversations, and ensure our platforms reflect the voice of young agri-curious Nigerians. Perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to build their career in digital communications.

● Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook
● Engage with comments, mentions, DMs, and community questions in a timely and friendly manner
● Monitor online conversations and flag relevant trends or potential PR issues
● Support content planning, hashtag strategy, and community polls or Q&As
● Track basic analytics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare bi-weekly reports
● Collaborate with the content and editorial team to amplify new articles, contests, and campaigns
● Identify and recommend online forums, WhatsApp groups, or influencers for outreach

Qualifications:

● 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or social media
● Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Proactive, friendly, and able to work independently
● Strong content creation skills, especially for short-form and visual-first platforms

● Bonus: Experience using tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
