Our members can be found in different locations across the country, and outside the country. So at TweakCentric, we adopt a remote-first approach to work, alongside an async working model to allow people work during their most productive hours.

We actively encourage our members to avoid burnouts by not working beyond office hours, and for those working async, to not work beyond the stipulated hours.

We meet physically once a month, and our members in faraway locations freely join in via video call. We also provide transportation allowance to afford everyone the opportunity to be present.
